健康教育对门诊消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨健康教育对门诊消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取消化内科门诊治疗的消化性溃疡患者102例。按就诊先后随机分为干预组52例和对照组50例。对照组常规药物治疗未进行干预,干预组患者在常规药物治疗基础上,分别给予心理指导、饮食指导、规范用药指导以及强化疾病相关知识等护理干预措施。观察两组患者治疗依从性情况。结果干预组患者在遵医用药、生活方式、饮食控制、相关知识掌握方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.05或〈0.01）;与对照组比较,干预组患者病情复发率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消化性溃疡由多种不良因素而引起,在护理过程中,科学系统的健康教育可明显改善治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量,降低复发率,提高护理满意度。

Influence of health education on compliance of outpatients with peptic ulcer

Objective To study the effect of health education on the compliance of outpatients with peptic ulcer. Methods 102 out-patients with peptic ulcer treated in department of gastroenterology were randomly divided into in- tervention group（52 cases）and control group（50 cases） according to their successive visiting order.The control group were given conventional treatment without being intervened with health education. Based on the conventional treat- ment, the intervention group were added with nursing intervention such as psychological guidance, diet guidance,guid ance for proper drug use and relative health education.Then, compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the intervention group were significantly better than the control group at medicine taking according to doctors＇ suggestions,lifestyle,diet control, and mastery of related knowledge（ F 〈0.05 or 〈0. 01）.Compared with the control group,relapse rate of the intervention group was significantly lower and their satisfaction for nursing was significantly higher, so the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Peptic ulcer is caused by a variety of adverse factors. In the process of nursing care, scientific and systematic health education can significantly improve the compliance of patients and the quality of life of patients as well as reduce the recurrence rate and improve patients＇ satisfaction for nursing.
