2型糖尿病大血管病变与超敏C反应蛋白及脂联素相关性研究

目的分析2型糖尿病(DM)合并大血管及无大血管病变与血清超敏CRP及脂联素水平相关性。方法采用酶联免疫法测定受试者血清超敏CRP水平,用放射免疫法测定血清脂联素水平,同时测定体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂等指标。结果2型DM大血管病变组超敏CRP明显高于无大血管病变组和正常对照组(均P<0.01),DM无大血管病变组高于正常对照组(P<0.01);2型DM大血管病变组脂联素水平明显低于DM无大血管病变组和正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析提示血清hs-CRP与脂联素有高度相关性(P<0.01)。结论CRP可能是2型DM和2型DM大血管病变的危险因子。脂联素具有延缓和抑制糖尿病大血管病变的作用。

Association of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein and adiponectin and macrovascular complications in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the association of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein(U-CRP) and adiponectin and macrovascular complications in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The level of serumU-CRP was tested by enzyme-linked immunosurbent assay(ELISA),and the level of serum adiponectin was tested by radio immunosurbent assay.body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,serum lipid were tested at the same time.Results The level of U-CRP in group of type 2 DM with macrovascular complications(G3) was significantly higher than the group without macrovascular complications(G2) and control group(G1),the level of U-CRP in G2 was higher than G1.The level of adiponectin in G3 was significantly lower than G2 and G1.multivariate stepwide regression analysis shown there was association of the serum U-CRP and adiponectin(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of U-CRP might be a risk factor of macrovascular complications in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.the adiponectin can delay and inhibite it.
