正常妇女 健康孕妇及糖尿病孕妇阴道念珠菌感染情况分析

摘    要:目的观察正常妇女,健康孕妇与糖尿病孕妇阴道念珠菌感染情况。方法800例孕妇分为糖尿病组(48例)与健康组(752例),选取100例正常妇女为对照组,比较各组念珠菌培养阳性率,有症状感染率,混合感染率以及念珠菌菌种情况。结果糖尿病孕妇,健康孕妇与正常妇女各组间念珠菌感染率,有症状感染率差异有显著性(P<0.05),但是混合感染率无显著性差异(P>0.05),各组菌种构成差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论孕妇中念珠菌感染比例较正常妇女高,而并发糖尿病的孕妇更加危险,并且有症状感染机会高于健康妇女,但是感染菌种差异不大。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristic of pathogenic candida in the vagina of healthy women,pregnant women and pregnant women with diabetes.Methods 800 pregnant women were divided into diabetes group(48 cases) and normal group(752 cases).100 normal women were chosen as control group.Their positive rate of detection of pathogenic candida,the infection rate of symptoms patients,the mixed infection rate and the distribution of candida specie were analyzed.Results there was significant difference of positive rate of detection of pathogenic candida,the infection rate of symptoms patients among these threee groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference of the mixed infection rate and the distribution of candida specie(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of pathogenic candida and the mixed infection rate in pregnant women,especially in pregnant women with diabetes,were higher than that in normal women.But no significant difference of the candida specie distribution is found in these three groups.
