哈萨克族代谢综合征患者瘦素水平与肥胖及血压的关系

目的:探讨哈萨克族代谢综合征(MS)患者瘦素水平与肥胖及血压的关系.方法:选取102例哈萨克族MS患者和104例哈萨克族健康体检者,均检测体质指数、腰围、血压、血清瘦素、血脂、空腹血糖.结果:MS组的体质指数、腰围、平均动脉压及甘油三酯、空腹血糖、瘦素均明显高于对照组(t =6.51,7.72,3.65,4.81,5.03,5.84,P＜0.01),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显低于对照组(t =4.05,P＜0.01).MS患者瘦素与体质指数呈显著正相关(r=0.82,P＜0.05),与血压呈显著正相关(r=0.53,P＜0.05).结论:哈萨克族代谢综合征患者瘦素与肥胖及血压之间存在正相关性.

Relation between Obesity and Blood Pressure with Serum Leptin in Metablic Syndrome of Kazaks

Objective: To study relationship between obesity and blood pressure with serum leptin in metablic syndrome of Kazaks.Methods: 102 metablic syndrome of Kazaks and 104 healthy Kazaks were selected for study.All subjects were all measured body mass index,waist,blood pressure,levels of serum leptin,lipid,fasting blood glucose.Results: The results show that:Level of body mass index,waist,mean arterial blood pressure,triglyceride,fasting blood glucose and leptin in the metablic syndrome of Kazaks subjects were significantly higher than that in healthy Kazaks subjects(t=6.51,7.72,3.65,4.81,5.03,5.84,P<0.01).But the level of the high-density lipoprotein were significantly lower than that in healthy Kazaks subjects(t=4.05,P﹤0.05).Level of leptin were in significantly positive correlation with obesity and blood pressure in metablic syndrome of Kazaks(r=0.82,0.53,P<0.05).Conclusion: This suggest that serum leptin was association with obesity and blood pressure in metablic syndrome of Kazaks.
