新疆某市区性病患者和暗娼艾滋病知识及高危行为调查

目的：了解新疆某市区艾滋病高感染区性病患者和暗娼的艾滋病知识知晓率、安全套使用、人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）检测现状，为加强艾滋病防控措施提供参考。方法：2006年选择艾滋病高危人群大筛查，用整群抽样法对娱乐场所暗娼进行面对面问卷调查，对医疗机构检测患有性病患者进行匿名问卷调查。了解高危人群艾滋病知识及高危行为状况。结果：本次共调查暗娼为650人，平均年龄24．05±5．46岁，初中与高中者占83．8％，未婚者占61．8％。暗娼对10个AIDS相关问题的平均知晓率为86．3％，对AIDS所持正确态度为36．8％。性病患者902人，平均年龄34．94±10．13岁，初中与高中者占81．8％，已婚者占80．7％。性病患者10个AIDS相关问题的平均知晓率为8（1．6％，对AIDS所持正确态度为35．8％。暗娼近3个月发生性关系时有时使用安全套者占46．8％，每次都用者42．1％，37．8％的暗娼自愿做过HIV检测。性病患者近3月发生性关系时有时使用安全套者占30．4％，每次都用者占50．2％，31．7％的性病患者自愿做过HIV检测。结论：虽然对性病患者和暗娼的预防艾滋病健康教育工作均已开展，但艾滋病相关知识宣传效果不明显，在高危人群中推广安全套的使用，提高安全套使用率是干预工作的重点。

Survey of AIDS knowledge among STDs and Unlicensed prostitutes high-risk behavior in urban area of Xinjiang province

Objective： To understand the status of AIDS knowledge, condom use and HIV testing among STDs unlicensed prostitutes in High-infection regions of an urban city Xinjiang Province in order to provide the references for policy formulation of AIDS prevention and control. Methods：Assume screening methods from AIDS high-risk groups in spring 2006, The use of cluster sampling method to conduct face-to-face entertainment unlicensed prostitutes survey, take an anonymous questionnaire survey to STDs from Medical institutions, In order to understand the high-risk groups of AIDS knowledge and behaviors. Results： A total of 650 unlicensed prostitutes, Their average age was 24.05 ±5.46years , 83.8% of them had received senior middle school education and 61.8% of them unmarried. The average knowledge rate about ten AIDS questions of unlicensed prostitutes was 86.3% and 36.8% of unlicensed prostitutes held the correct manner of AIDS . A total of 902 STDs, Their average age was 34.94 ±10.13 years,81.8% of them had received senior middle school education and 81.8% of them 80.7% married. The average knowledge rate about ten AIDS questions of STDs was 80.6% and 35.8% STDs of held the correct manner of AIDS . In the latest 3 months, the occasional use of condom accounted for 46.8% and every time accounted for 42.1% in unlicensed prostitutes which 37.8% had done voluntary the HIV testing. The occasional use of condom accounted for 30.4% and every time accounted for 50.2% in STDs which 31.7% had done voluntary the HIV testing. Conclusion： Although health education of AIDS prevention have carried out to STDs and unlicensed prostitutes, However AIDS- related knowledge of the effectiveness of the publicity was not obvious. To popularize condom use at high-risk groups, Improve condom use is the focus of our interventions.
