Construction of Information Service Mechanism for Public Emergency Management

It is of great practical significance to build an information service mechanism for public emergency management,which can improve the efficiency of government decision-making and reduce the harm of public emergency.This paper expounded the strategic positioning of information service for public emergency management,analyzed the requirements of public emergency management for information service,constructed the information service mechanism for public emergency management from three levels:keyword clustering,development of emergency information resources and decision support of emergency management,and finally put forward three optimization strategies for public emergency management:effectively identify emergency intelligence information,intervene and integrate emergency management systems,cultivate and improve service guarantees.
