摘    要:目的了解宁夏栽培金银花、柴胡、秦艽、黄芩、苦豆子的重金属与农药残留。方法采用GC法测定宁夏栽培金银花、柴胡、秦艽、黄芩、苦豆子有机氯农药残留量,原子吸收法测定Pb、Cd、Cu、As、Hg的含量。结果除柴胡检出极微量BHC(0.003 mg/kg)外,其它样品均未检出滴滴涕(总DDT)、五氯硝基苯(PCNB)、六六六(总BHC);5种药材中含Pb 0.5-4.3mg/kg,Cd 0.01-0.32mg/kg,Cu 7.6-20.1mg/kg,As 0.19-0.79 mg/kg,Hg 0-0.03 mg/kg。结论宁夏栽培5种中药材的重金属与农药残留量均符合《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》的规定。
