| 摘 要： | 目的评价胺碘酮治疗风湿性心脏病（风心病）瓣膜置换术后心房颤动（房颤）的疗效。方法将151例瓣膜置换术后为窦性心律的风心病患者分为胺碘酮组47例和对照组104例,对照组术后给予常规药物,胺碘酮组除常规药物外,术后加用胺碘酮,比较两组术后房颤转复率、ICU监护时间、住院时间及窦律的维持情况。结果胺碘酮组术后房颤的转复率明显高于对照组,ICU监护时间、住院时间短于对照组,窦性心律的维持率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论胺碘酮能够有效地保持术后患者的窦律、预防房颤复发,缩短ICU监护时间和住院时间。
