| 摘 要： | 目的研究白芍对小鼠抑郁模型的抗抑郁作用。方法分为正常对照组、文拉法辛组和白芍组(按不同剂量分3个组)。采用小鼠强迫游泳实验、小鼠悬尾实验和拮抗利血平所致的抑郁症状实验,研究白芍的抗抑郁作用。结果白芍高、中、低剂量组均可显著缩短小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾不动时间(P<0.01;P<0.05),白芍高、中、低剂量组拮抗利血平所致小鼠体温下降作用(P<0.01)、拮抗利血平所致小鼠运动不能作用和眼睑下垂作用(P<0.01;P<0.05),在3种小鼠抑郁模型上,白芍都表现出了较强的抗抑郁作用。结论白芍有抗抑郁的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-depressant effects of Paeoniae Lactiflorae pall.Methods The mice were given the forced swimming test,tail suspension test and antagonistic test to depressant symptoms induced by reserpine.The anti-depressant effects of Pasonia lactiflora pall were observed.Results Paeoniae Lactiflorae pall significantly shortened fast time in the forced swimming test and tail suspension test in mice(P<0.01,P<0.05),and prevented the depressant symptoms induced by reserpine,such as descent of body temperature(P<0.01),acinesia(P<0.01)and blepharochalasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Paeoniae Lactiflorae pall have an anti-depressant effect in mice. |
