| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨孔源性视网膜脱离(RRD)手术疗效及影响因素。方法 对178例孔源性视网膜脱离患者手术进行分析，讨论造成手术后视网膜复位失败的原因。结果 影响视网膜脱离术后复位原因包括原裂孔未封闭、新裂孔形成、增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)形成和发展以及病程的长短。结论 术前及术后裂孔定位的准确性以及玻璃体的状态、选择正确的手术方法是视网膜脱离手术能否成功的关键。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and its affecting factors of RRD with surgery.MethodsTo analyze respectinely 178 cases of RRD,who were performed with scela surgery from 1996 t o 2000 and discuss the failure reasons of surgery of RRD.Results The detached retinas in 163 (89.56%) eyes were reattached in 4(2.20% ).ConclusionThe accuraey of retinal tears location and P VR,surgical method are the keys to successful operation. |
