| 摘 要： | 目的 观察AO动力髋螺钉 (DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 对使用DHS内固定治疗的2 4例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后结果进行疗效分析。结果 所有病例术后随访骨折均愈合 ,髋关节功能优良率达 87%。结论 DHS是内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的比较理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objectives To analyze the therapeutic function of DHS in treating the intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods The classification, operation approach and postoperative effects were assessed in the 24 cases of intertrochanter fracture of femur treated with DHS.Results The postoperative follow-up study showed that all the cases had their fractures healed and the excellent rate of their hip-joint function was up to 87%.Conclusions DHS was a rather ideal approach in the treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur by internal fixation. |
