主动脉夹层动脉瘤介入手术的麻醉处理

目的探讨主动脉夹层动脉瘤介入治疗的麻醉方法。方法对12例主动脉夹层动脉瘤实施覆膜支架腔内隔绝介入手术的病人,采用了局麻加强化镇静、硬膜外麻醉、气管内静吸复合麻醉,并辅脏器功能的维护、控制性降压等措施。结果12例病人围麻醉期呼吸、循环平稳,无一例发生麻醉并发症。结论充分的麻醉前准备,合适的麻醉选择,以及采用控制性降压、重要脏器功能的维护等措施是保证此类手术成功的关键。

Anesthesia treatment of interventional treatment of dissecting aneurysm of aorta

Objective To seek the anesthesia method of interventional treatment of dissecting aneurysm of aorta.Methods 12 patients who had dissecting aneurysm of aorta were carried on interventional operation with tectorial trestle to endovascular graft exclusion.Local anesthesia,potentiated sedative anesthesia,epidural block anesthesia and intratracheal intravenous combined inhalational anesthesia adding the measure of that maintenance of the organs function and controlled hypotensive were adopted in the surgery.Results The respiratory system and circulatory system were steady during anesthesia.There was no cases to have anesthetic complications.Conclusion The measures of Full preanesthesia,appropriate anesthesia choice,controlled hypotensive and the maintenance of important organs function is the Key to guarantee this kind of surgery success.
