慢性荨麻疹患者血清IL-4、IL-17、IL-23与IFN的表达水平及临床意义

目的 探讨血清细胞因子在慢性荨麻疹患者发病中的临床意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法（ELISA）,检测50例健康对照组和50例慢性荨麻疹患者血清中IL-4、IL-17、IL-23及IFN的含量,并对资料进行统计分析.结果 50例慢性荨麻疹患者血清中细胞因子IL-4、IL-17、IL-23测定结果均显著高于健康对照组,IFN-r低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 与正常组比较,慢性荨麻疹患者外周血中IL-4、IL-17、IL-23分泌水平较高,IFN-γ水平较低,提示这些细胞因子在慢性荨麻疹的发病中发挥了重要的免疫作用.

The expression and clinical significance of serum IL-4,IL-17, IL-23 and IFN-r in patients with chronic urticaria

Objective To discuss the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. Methods The serum levels of IL -4, IL - 17, IL -23 and IFN -r in 50 patients with chronic urticaria and 50 healthy in control group were detected using the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method. The data were analyzed by applying SPSSll. 5 software package. Results Before treatment,the ser- um level of IgE, peripheral blood level of IL -4, IL - 17, IL -23 in 50 patients were significantly higher than those of healthy in control group; the level of IFN - r was lower than that in healthy control group, and there was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comparing with control group, the serum IL - 4, IL - 17 and IL - 23 are higher and the IFN - r is lower. It suggests the cy- tokines play an important role of immunological function in the incidence of chronic urticaria.
