| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Bcl-2、Survivin基因的表达及与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化两步法检测40例胃癌组织标本及相应癌旁组织、20例慢性萎缩性胃炎病变组织中Bcl-2、Survivin基因的表达。结果（1）胃癌组织中Bcl-2及Survivin基因的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织及慢性萎缩性胃炎病变组织。Bcl-2表达与淋巴结有无转移情况有关；Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移情况关系密切；（2）胃癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白豹表达与Survivin基因的表达有相关性。结论（1）Bel-2、Survivin基因的异常表达而引起的细胞凋亡抑制在胃癌的发生中起一定作用。（2）胃癌组织中，Survivin的表达与Bcl-2的表达呈正相关。
