| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ＴＣＤ对脑震荡的临床诊断价值。方法对８８例脑震荡患者进行多普勒检查，并分析探讨其特征。结果脑震荡患者与对照组之间ＴＣＤ对比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），即脑外伤后脑血管的变化程度与继发性损害的程度相一致。结论ＴＣＤ的应用有助于动态观察脑震荡患者的脑血流变化情况，对伤情变化的判断及预后估计均有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objectives Inquiring into the volume caghosis for brain concussion with TCD.Methods 88 patients with brain conussion wehe examined by TCD (color treuscranial cloppler);then the results mene cliscussed.Results the ratio of TCD was significantly higher in the group of brain concession than that an the contral ( P <0.01),and the degnee of the uenbral cascale changes afcer the conebral was connected autt the one of secondany orebral dawage.Concluions TCD was used for studing the cerebral vascular changes of the brain conossion the ratio of TCD had postine clivie significance and the esliwate of progness. |
