| 摘 要： | 目的评价颅脑超声在新生儿脑室周围-脑室内出血（PVH-IVH）中的诊断价值。方法采用美国IE33超声诊断仪,探头（S8-3）和日本ALOKA超声诊断仪（探头频率7 MHz）,对240例新生儿患儿进行检查,超声检出PVH-IVH患儿行CT和MIR检查以对照分析。结果超声检出PVH-IVH60例,MRI、CT对此60例患儿阳性检出数分别为60例和54例,超声对PVH-IVH的检出高于CT。结论新生儿颅脑超声对PVH-IVH临床诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical value of neonate cerebral ultrasound in diagnosis of the peri - intraventricular hem- orrhage （ PVH - IVH）. Methods 240 patients were examined by neonate cerebral ultrasound, and PVH - IVH patients diagnosed by ul- trasound were further examined with CT and MRI. Results 60 PVH - IVH patients were diagnosed by ultrasound. The detectable rate of CT and MRI for 60 PVH - IVH patients was respectively 100% and 83.3%. Detectable rate of ultrasound in diagnosis of PVH - IVH was higher than that of CT. Conclusion The neonate cerebral ultrasound has a significantly value in diagnosis of PVH - IVH. |
