小儿EB病毒感染的临床分析

目的 提高临床儿科医师对EB病毒感染的认识。方法 对有症状EB病毒感染患儿198例及入托查体时发现为EB病毒感染的无症状儿童116例进行回颐性分析。结果 发现2.5-3．5岁健康儿童EB病毒的隐性感染率为32.2％。传染性单核细胞增多症(简称传单)149例中有3例发展为活动性EB病毒感染。眼睑浮肿、鼻塞、打鼾为传单又一三联症，可作为一个重要的临床特点。结论 EB病毒感染可引起许多相关疾病，除恶性肿瘤外，经积极抗病毒治疗，预后良好。

Clinical analysis of 314 children with Epstein-Barr infection

Objective To enhance the knowledge about Epstein-BarrVirus(EBV)infection.Methods We analyzed 198 patients with the diagnosis of EBV infection and another 116 healthy chlldren who were found to be infected with EBV during physical examination.Results Revealed infoection rate of 2.5-3.5 yeas old healthy children is 32.2%.149 were diagnosed infectious omonucleosis syndrome(IM), three of thern become chronic active EBV infection. Eyelid swollen, the nasal obstruction and snore might be another important features of IM. Conclusion EBV infection can cause a lot of associated disease.Most of them can be cured by active anti-virus treatment, exept cancer.
