二维及三维超声诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形的对照分析

目的比较二维及三维超声对胎儿唇腭裂的诊断价值。方法应用GE V730三维彩色超声诊断仪,对门诊及住院18-42周妊娠妇女的胎儿唇部进行二维及三维超声观察。结果二维超声筛查出胎儿唇腭裂畸形6例,而三维超声仅有5例能清晰显示胎儿颜面部。结论三维超声图像逼真、直观,使人更易接受、理解,可增强诊断者的诊断信心,但仅能佐证二维超声的诊断结论,并不能提供更多的诊断信息。在产前检查中,二维超声是三维超声的基础,三维超声不能取代二维超声。

Comparative analysis of fetal deft lip and palate with 2D and 3D ultrasonography

Objective Comparative the value of diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and cleft palate with two-dimensional ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods The women with 18-42 week gestational age were studied by using GE V730 three-dimensional color ultrasonography to observe fetal lips by 2D and 3D in & out patient in my hospital.Results 6 cases with cleft lip complicated cleft palate were detected by 2D ultrasonography,and only 5 cases can been showed the fetal faced clearly by 3D ultrasonography.Conclusion 3D ultrasonography imaging is more precise and more clearly and easily to accept and understand by operator and it can enhance the confidence of the operator.It can only proof the diagnosis conclusion with 2D ultrasonography but it cannot provide more diagnosis information.3D untrasonography is the basis and cannot been instead of 2D ultrasonography.
