多孔涂层假体的标本制作及骨长入观察

摘    要:目的 掌握多孔涂层假体标本制作方法,开展对植入体内多孔涂层假体涂层界面内骨长入观察。方法 收集植入体内多孔涂层假体因其它原因而被翻修者10例,用纯丙酮液浸泡,间隔更换丙酮液,约2周使标本骨组织完全脱水干燥。以国产钻石刀粗切后低温塑料包埋,再用进口钻石切片机切片,甲苯蓝染色后光镜观察,表面喷金后电镜观察。结果 利用国产钻石切割刀先进行标本的粗制作,再用进口切片机切片克服了由于国内设备条件限制尚难以开

Abstract:Objectives exploring the methods of the specimen production of retrieved porous-coated prosthesis,beginning the observation of bone ingrowth into the porous-coated prosthesis interface.Methods Collecting 10 examples which were retrieved because of no prosthesis looseness.The prosthesis were immersed in the acetone for about two weeks,the acetone bath changed daily,untill dehydration was completed.the implants were resectioned into course specimens at first,then were embeded by methacrylate.Subsequently the coarse specimens were cut into thin slice with imported leize dimmond knife,the specimens were stained with tolnidine blue and were sprayed with gold respectively.which were observed with light microcopy and electron imaging.Results by mean of the described methods,We can produce the thin slice specimen to observe the bone ingrowth into the porous coating.according to our discovery,the bone ingrowth is more within the microporous coating interface than within the macro-porous coating interface.Conclusions The methods of specimen production that we utilize can satify for the observation of bone ingrowth.the confirm of bone ingrowth and the good clinical effect of patients explain the reliablity of applying porous-coated prostheses in china.the methods of specimen production was established for the research.
