| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨椎动脉夹层动脉瘤的临床特点、诊断和新型颅内专用LEO支架介入治疗.方法 3例椎动脉夹层动脉瘤均行LEO支架介入手术治疗,2例行LEO支架植入加弹簧圈动脉瘤内致密填塞,1例重叠LEO支架植入.结合文献分析3例椎动脉夹层动脉瘤的治疗过程.结果 3例为蛛网膜下腔出血,脑血管造影2例为左椎颅内段梭形夹层动脉瘤,1例为右椎动脉夹层动脉瘤囊性扩张.3例均恢复良好.结论 LEO支架技术、LEO支架 弹簧圈技术是椎动脉夹层动脉瘤理想选择.青年椎动脉夹层动脉瘤患者应考虑大动脉炎可能,积极治疗原发病再行LEO支架 弹簧圈技术治疗椎动脉夹层动脉瘤.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the features,diagnosis and LEO stent therapy of vertebral artery dissecting aneurysms.Methods:Three vertebral dissect aneurysms were performed endovascular treatment,2 with LEO stents implantation and embolization,1 with double LEO stents.The course of the diagnosis and treatment were analyzed correlating with the literature.Results:3 presented SAH.The features on DSA:2 show fusiform dissecting aneurysm in left vertebral artery,1 show on right vertebral artery.All cases recovered we... |
