| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折的分型与治疗方法.方法 对1998-04～2006-11治疗的62例胫骨平台骨折患者,采用schatzker分型:I型6例,II型16例,III型10例,IV型8例,V型10例.VI型11例.根据骨折类型和伤情特点分别行前外,前内及正中纵切口显露,直视下复位,松质骨拉力螺钉或单钢板及双钢板内固定,结果 所有患者获得8～24个月随诊,(平均12.3个月).骨折均获得骨性愈合,愈合时间为8～12周,8例出现骨不愈合,根据schatzker分型骨折术后功能评估标准:优40例,良14例,可8例.结论 切开复位内固定,必要时辅以植骨术,是治疗胫骨平台折的主要方法,I、II、III型骨折宜用前外侧入路,IV型骨折采用内侧入路,V、VI型骨折采用前方正中入路,可得以很好的显露.
