延安市107例放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率的检测分析

目的对长期接触电离辐射的放射工作人员进行细胞遗传学分析,了解放射工作人员健康状况,并适时提出防护要求。方法用全血培养法检测107例放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞的微核率并进行统计学分析。结果107例的微核率和微核细胞率分别为1.60‰和1.54‰,与正常0～4‰比较,在正常范围。但不同工种、不同工龄微核细胞率有显著差异。结论小剂量电离辐射会损伤人体细胞遗传物质,延安市放射工作人员的细胞遗传学效应在正常范围。不同工种、不同工龄放射工作者应继续保持或加强辐射防护工作。

The examination and analysis on the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 107 radiation workers of Yan'an City

Objective To find out the health of radiation workers and further put forward protective measures by performing cytogenetic analysis on those working with long - term exposure to small doses of ionizing radiation. Methods The method of micro-amount of full blood was adopted to examine micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of 107 radiation workers, and statistical analysis was performed. Results The micronucleus rate and micronucleated cells rate were respectively 1.60%o and 1.54%v, which were both within normal limits,but obvious differences could be found between different type of works and different lengths of service. Conclusion Small doses of ionizing radiation do hurt radiation workers and the Therefore, the protective measures negative cytogenetic effect was controlled within the normal limits in Yan~n city must be strengthened to guard the health of radiation workers of all kinds.
