电化学发光免疫分析法在HCG定量检测中的应用

为了解电化学发光免疫分析（ECLIA）双抗体夹心法定量检测血清绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）的临床应用及其优越性,参照NCCLS的评价方案对定量检测HCG含量的ECLIA法和放射免疫分析（RIA）法进行精密度评价、线性评价和回收试验的比较,并采用两种方法平行检测62例病人血清标本的HCG含量,对其进行相关性分析。结果表明：两种方法都有较好的重复性,但ECLIA法明显优于RIA法;ECLIA法和RIA法具有良好的相关性（χ^2=0.964,P〈0.05）;回收率均在95%以上,ECLIA法明显高于RIA法（t=4.62,P〈0.05）;ECLIA法的线性范围较RIA法要宽。ECLIA法定量检测HCG的准确性和精确度都明显优于RIA法,较RIA法更能满足临床需要。

Electro-chemiluminescence Immunoassay for Quantitatire determination of HCG

To evaluate the reliability and clinical application of quantitative measuring serum HCG with ECLIA, according to the procedure described by NCCLS,the Serum HCG concentration in 62 clinical speci-ments was analyzed by ECLIA and RIA respectirely, the parameters such as precision, calibration curve stability, dilution recovery were determined, the results and the relativity between the two methods were compared. Although there were good repeativity and correlation between the two methods （ r = 0. 964, P 〈 0.05 ）. the recovery rates were all above 95 %, the ECLIA appeared to have higher recovery rate （ t = 4. 62, P 〈 0.05 ）, the linear range of ECLIA was wider than that ofthe RIA. Conclusion s：The accuracy and precision of ECLIA were better than that of the RIA,ECLIA method is very usefm and suitable for clinical application.
