| 摘 要： | 目的评价光动力学疗法联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗青少年病理性近视的临床效果。方法回顾分析本院2003年3月~2008年12月治疗的24例青少年病理性近视临床资料,分为手术组(LASIK手术)12例24眼和联合组(光动力学疗法+LASIK手术)12例24眼。治疗后1、3、6个月进行随访。记录术后最佳矫正视力以及术后并发症。结果治疗1、3、6个月后,最佳矫正视力与治疗前比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);组间两两比较,联合组术后视力优秀率大于手术组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论光动力学疗法联合LASIK手术治疗青少年病理性近视安全、有效、稳定性好,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with LASIK surgery in young patients with pathological myopia.
