经髂内动脉灌注化疗联合125I粒子植入对宫颈癌根治性放疗后复发的临床观察

探讨经髂内动脉灌注化疗联合¹²⁵I粒子植入对根治性放疗后宫颈癌复发患者的临床疗效。分析本院收治的分别采用单纯经髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗(单纯灌注化疗组)和联合¹²⁵I粒子植入治疗(灌注粒子联合组)的宫颈癌复发患者的临床疗效、术后并发症和骨髓抑制数据。灌注粒子联合组临床疗效明显优于单纯灌注化疗组,且没有明显增加并发症和骨髓抑制的发生率。故经髂内动脉灌注化疗联合¹²⁵I粒子植入能提高根治性放疗后宫颈癌复发患者的临床疗效,值得进一步研究。

Clinical observation of recurrent cervical cancer after radical radiotherapywith internal illiac arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with 125I seed implantation

To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal illiac arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with ¹²⁵I seed implantation in patients with recurrent cervical cancer after radical radiotherapy. Statistical analysis was respectively performed on the data of clinical efficacy, postoperative complications and bone marrow suppression which were treated with internal illiac arterial infusion chemotherapy (only infusion chemotherapy group) and combined ¹²⁵I seeds implantation (infusion particle combination group) in our hospital. The clinical efficacy of the infusion particle combination group was better than that of the only infusion chemotherapy group, and there was no significant increase in the incidence of complications and bone marrow suppression. Therefore, internal illiac arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with ¹²⁵I seed implantation can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with recurrence cervical cancer after radical radiotherapy, which is worthy of further research.
