摘    要:目的 探讨甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)对胎鼠脑组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响.方法 健康性成熟的昆明种小鼠于孕第0天开始至妊娠结束期间,不同浓度的MTBE(0、25、100、400 mg/kg体重)采用灌胃方式进行染毒,每天1次,胎鼠出生后第1天称体重、脑湿重,测定脑组织中MDA、GSH含量及SOD活力. 结果 不同剂量组胎鼠窝平均体重及脑湿重无变化,肉眼观察胎鼠无畸形,生长发育良好;胎鼠脑组织MDA升高(P<0.05)、还原型GSH降低(P<0.05)、SOD活性降低(P<0.05),并有一定的剂量-效应关系.结论 MTBE可导致胎鼠脑组织的氧化损伤,但未见胎鼠的生长发育毒性.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effection of MTBE on MDA,SOD and GSH in the brain of mice offspring. Methods The healthy and eugamic KM mice were treated with variable levels MTBE by gavage from the 0d to the end of gestation,once per day.The body and brain weight of the mice offspring were quantified.The growth and development of the mice offspring was observed.The levels of MDA,GSH and SOD activities were determined in the brain tissues of mice offspring.Results Compared with control,there were no significant difference in the brain weight and average body weight in the trial,and there was no obvious change in the growth and development of the mice offspring.The level of MDA in brain tissues of mice offspring was increased(P<0.05),while the SOD and GSH activities decreased(P<0.05),the data showed a dose-effect correlation. Conclusions MTBE can lead to lipid peroxidation in the brain tissues of mice offspring,but there was no obvious change in the growth and development of the mice offspring
