| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆溶血磷脂酸（LPA）水平与冠状动脉（冠脉）病变的相关性。方法检测344例疑诊为冠状动脉疾病（CAD）患者血浆LPA,并行冠脉造影,以病变支数及评分评价冠脉病变程度并分析与LPA水平之间的关系。结果无CAD者（冠脉评分=0分）与CAD者LPA水平差异有显著性（1.27±0.36）μmol/L vs（1.89±0.90）μmol/L]（u=9.01,P〈0.05）;不同冠脉病变支数、冠脉评分与LPA水平间有差异（F=9.69、F=53.37,P〈0.05）;在排除影响因素后,经多元逐步回归分析显示LPA是冠脉病变的危险因子。结论血浆LPA水平升高可以反映冠脉病变严重程度。
