| 摘 要： | 自1985年8月至1986年7月期间,222例次左心插管术及右心插管术中,共出现48例导管的异常行径,其中13例属罕见的异常行径。本文对此加以描述,并讨论其诊断意义及插管时可能发生的并发症。

| Abstract: | In consecutive 222 cardiac catheterization through August 1985 to July 1986,there were 48 cases of abonormal pathway,including 13 rare abnormalities.This paper describes these 13 rare ones and discusses their diagnostic implication as well as possible complication.They involved absence of right superior vena cava comblned persistence of left superior vena cava,absence of hepatic segment of the inferior vena cava,dextroversion of the heart,mesocardium,tricuspid atresia,single ventricle,funnel type patent ductus arteriosus,total anomalous connection of pulmonary veins (supracardiac type),vast aortic aneurysm,inversed aneurysm of left coronary sinus,vast thrombus of left ventricle,fistula of coronary artery to right ventricle and single coronary artery. |
