| 摘 要： | 本文报道5例雷诺病的血小板聚集功能及血浆vWFAg浓度观察结果。雷诺病血小板对肾上腺素诱聚的反应性显著增高,80％的病例血小板对ADP诱聚存在高反应性。全部病例血浆vWFAg浓度明显增加。提示雷诺病存在血小板高反应性及血管内膜的损伤。

| Abstract: | Platelet aggregation function and plasma vwFAg level in 5 patients with Raynaud's disease were investigated. Adrenal and 80% of ADP induced platelet aggregation was enhanced. All plasma vWFAg level was significantly increased(P<0.001).The result suggested that platelet hyperactivity and vascular endothelialdamage play a role in the pathogenesis of Raynaud's disease. |
