| 摘 要： | 分娩时测定46例正常足月新生儿脐血及其母血的钠、钾、氯、钙、磷、葡萄糖、尿素氮、渗透压和渗差。脐血钾、氟、钙、磷高于母血,葡萄糖低于母血,除血钾外,其他各位在两者间均呈正相关,以尿素氮最密切。通过母血,可帮助了解新生儿出生时,除血钾外的其他各指标的情况,将有助于临床工作。

| Abstract: | The biochemical values inclding Na,K,Cl,Ca,P,glucose,BUN,osmolality and osmolal gap of 46 normal full-term newborn cord and maternal venous blood during delivery were studied.The results showed that positive correlation of all these paramters with the exception of serum K could be found between newborns and their mothers.The K,Cl,Ca and P values were higher in the cord blood than in the mothers' venous blood.The glucose value in cord blood is 69.69% that of their mothers'.It is suggested that the cord-blood-biochemical-values with the exception of serum K during delivery could be knownby the maternal venous blood. |
