| 摘 要： | 介绍一种改良的直径为2.0mm左右的小血管吻合方法——4针套叠吻合法,顺血流方向套入,其套入的深度与血管直径相等,只需缝合4针,此法简易、快速、可靠。报道3例游离前臂皮瓣和肩胛皮瓣移植小血管采用4针套叠吻合方法获得成功。

| Abstract: | The four-stitch telescoping anastomosis, an improved method for anastomosis of small vessels(2 mm in diameter) is described. The proximal end of artery was inserted into the distal and the reverse was done for the veins. The depth of the insertion was approximate the diameter of the proxi mal vessel. A small vessel was inserted into a bigger one and four stit ches for suturing proved to be satisfactory. There was no bleeding at the anastomosis site o r slipping out of the telescoping part from the lumen by the blood stream preseure. Four-stitch telescoping anastomosis in three cases of free forearm flap and scapular flaps is reported, which resulted in successful transplantations. It is considered that this improved method of anastomosis is quicker and easier to perform. It is at least, as reliable as the conventional method of end to end anastomosis. |
