裂解气相色谱分析病毒感染的组织初步报告

摘    要:用裂解气相色谱分析了流行性出血热病毒J10株,乙型脑炎病毒A2株及SA14株感染的小白鼠乳鼠脑,肺组织及正常小白鼠乳鼠脑,肺组织。从裂解色谱图中观察到若干特征峰,同时还有多个峰面积比例的改变。据此,有可能借助于裂解气相色谱法快速检测鉴别组织中感染的病毒。

Abstract:Epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus J10, Japanese B encephalitis virus A2 and SA 14 were inoculated intracerebrally into one-day-old sucking mice separately. The brain and lung tissues were obtained daily for pyrolysis gas chromatography after 24 hours of inoculation. The pyrochromatograms of both brain and lung tissues showed distinct different pattern as compared with the control and each strain of viruses. It was possible to use pyrolysis gas chromatography to identify the virus infected in tissues.
