摘    要:目的:观察复方黄芪冲剂对创伤小鼠体内氧自由基的影响。方法:用黄嘌呤氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,用硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:复方黄芪冲剂可使创伤小鼠血清SOD活力增强,使MDA含量降低。结论:复方黄芪冲剂能够增强小鼠清除自由基的能力。

Abstract:Objective:The study was to observe the effects of Astragalus Membranaceus Compound Preparation on oxygen free radical of injured mice Methods:Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) activity was determined by xanthine oxidase test,and Malon-dialdehyde (MDA) content was determined by thiobarbituric acid test Results:Astragalus Membranacaus Compound Preparation can strengthen SOD activity,and decrease MDA content, in the serum of injured mice Conclusion:Astragalus Membranacaus Compound Preparation could enhance the ability of removing oxygen free radical from the serum of the injured mice
