| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方黄芪冲剂对创伤小鼠体内氧自由基的影响。方法：用黄嘌呤氧化法测定超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力，用硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量。结果：复方黄芪冲剂可使创伤小鼠血清ＳＯＤ活力增强，使ＭＤＡ含量降低。结论：复方黄芪冲剂能够增强小鼠清除自由基的能力。

| Abstract: | Objective:The study was to observe the effects of Astragalus Membranaceus Compound Preparation on oxygen free radical of injured mice Methods:Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) activity was determined by xanthine oxidase test,and Malon-dialdehyde (MDA) content was determined by thiobarbituric acid test Results:Astragalus Membranacaus Compound Preparation can strengthen SOD activity,and decrease MDA content, in the serum of injured mice Conclusion:Astragalus Membranacaus Compound Preparation could enhance the ability of removing oxygen free radical from the serum of the injured mice |
