脊髓型颈椎病的手术治疗

目的：了解脊髓型颈椎病的颈椎前路手术治疗的适应证,掌握人工椎间盘或椎间融合器（Cage）的应用。方法：系统回顾2003年8月至2008年8月期间26例颈椎病的手术治疗,6例单纯植骨融合,19例置入Cage加植骨,1例有三节严重椎管狭窄者,同时施行前、后路颈椎手术,分析了不同手术方法的利弊。结果：在26例中,20例优,6例良。术后未发生感染、不愈合、颈椎僵硬及四肢瘫痪。结论：颈椎前路减压术是治疗严重脊髓型颈椎病的有效术式,部分伴有严重椎管狭窄者需要行后路减压术。尤其颈椎前路Cage置入加植骨术,操作简单、风险小、失血少。

Surgical Treatment of the Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy
