| 摘 要： | 目的：研究探讨新西兰大白兔角膜碱烧伤后LYVE-1（淋巴管内皮透明质酸盐受体1）的表达及意义，进一步证实角膜新生淋巴管的存在，揭示其与角膜碱烧伤损伤修复的关系。方法：饲养24只健康新西兰大白兔，左眼制作角膜碱烧伤模型作为实验组，右眼不做手术作为对照组。术后1天、3天、7天、14天分别处死6只兔，免疫组化测定两眼LYVE-1的表达情况。结果：实验组于术后第3天出现表达，第7天、第14天表达增加；实验组术后3天、7天和14天LYVE-1表达均高于对照组。结论：角膜新生淋巴管在角膜碱烧伤中扮演重要角色。
