| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法：80例发病〈72小时的急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成康复组和对照组各40例。两组均由神经内科医师给予相同的常规药物治疗,康复组同时由康复医学科治疗师给予系统的康复训练。康复治疗前和治疗后6周分别进行欧洲卒中量表（ESS）和日常生活活动能力（ADL）评分。结果：治疗前两组评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组治疗后ESS和ADL评分较治疗前均有显著改善,但康复组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：早期开展康复治疗在帮助患者偏瘫肢体的功能恢复,提高生活自理能力方面起着不可替代的作用。同时,治疗过程中不能忽视心理疾患的康复。
