枸杞沙棘复合饮料制剂对小鼠抗疲劳作用的实验研究

目的：研究枸杞沙棘复合饮料制剂对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法：采用昆明种雄性小鼠按体重随机分4组,分别为对照组（喂饲白开水）和3个实验组即高剂量组（0.084 mL/g）、中剂量组（0.042 mL/g）、低剂量组（0.021 mL/g）。喂饲30 d后,测定血乳酸、血清尿素氮、肝糖原含量和负重游泳时间。结果：运动后小鼠血乳酸含量,实验组比对照组有明显下降;血清尿素氮含量,随所给复合饮料的剂量增大而明显降低;实验组肝糖原含量比对照组明显升高,且随实验组的剂量升高而增高。运动实验指标中游泳实验显示,实验组比对照组持续时间长。结论：枸杞沙棘复合饮料制剂对小鼠具有明显的抗疲劳作用。
