重症颅脑损伤气管切开的护理体会

目的:重症颅脑损伤气管切开的护理体会旨在探讨重症颅脑损伤气管切开的护理方法,提高护理质量.方法:回顾性分析2006年1月至2008年1月间在我院救治的53例重症颅脑损伤气管切开患者的临床资料和护理方法.结果:本组53例中37例5～21d拔管,恢复良好;13例12～36d拔管;3例置管后不足48h死亡,死亡原因均为脑疝.发生感染4例,占气管切开的7.55%.结论:熟练的护理技术及操作技能,严格的无菌观念和消毒隔离措施,全面系统的基础护理,是护理人员对重症颅脑损伤气管切开患者进行有效护理必不可少的素质要求.

Nursing on Severe Craniocerebral Injury with Incision of Trachea

Objective:To summarize the nursing experiences on severe craniocerebral injury with incision of trachea and to boost quality of care.Methods:The clinical data and nursing methods of 53 cases with incision of trachea in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from January 2006 to January 2008.Results:37 cases in 53 patients were extubated in 3 to 21 days,and were cured well.13 cases were extubated in 12 to 36 days.3 cases were dead in 3 hours after lifesaver,and all causes of death were brain hernias.4 cases were infected,which was 7.55% in the cases with incision of trachea.Conclusions:The perfect nursing techniques,stern aseptic concepts,disinfection and isolation,and overall basic nursing are indispensable diathesis for nurses in caring patients with incision of trachea.
