85例老年性结直肠癌外科治疗的疗效分析

目的：探讨老年结直肠癌的临床特点、外科治疗和围手术期处理。方法：回顾性分析85例经外科治疗的70岁以上结直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果：55例患者出现术后并发症,其中肺部感染26例,切口感染10例,心律失常3例,高血压18例,尿路感染5例,心功能不全2例,结论：老年结直肠癌患者多无特征性临床表现,手术治疗是最好的治疗方法,而且很多人合并有其他疾病,必须加强并存病的围手术期处理,可提高手术成功率、降低病死率和并发症发生率。

Analysing the Effects of the Surgical Treatment in 85 Cases Elderly Colorectal Cancer

Objective： To approach the clinical feature and the surgical treatment and the treatment around the surgical age of the elderly colorectal cancer. Method： We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 85 cases who were older above 70. Results： There were 55 cases occurred with post - operative complications in patients , including pulmonary infection in 26 cases, 10 cases of wound infection, 3 cases of arrhythmia, 18 cases of hypertension, urinary tract infection in 5 cases, 2 cases of cardiac insufficiency . Conclusion：The characteristics of elderly colorectal cancer patients without clinical manifestations, but also a lot of people associated with other diseases; surgical treatment is the best treatment methods; it is necessarily to strengthen co - exist perioperative disease and could improve the success rate of surgery , reduce the mortality and complications
