摘    要:目的:分析低血糖指数膳食在妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗的应用价值。方法:选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月孕妇门诊收治的128例妊娠期糖尿病患者予以回顾性分析,设计治疗方案时将予以普通营养干预的设为对照组(58例),将行低血糖指数膳食为特征营养干预的设为研究组(70例),记录并分析结果。结果:研究组碳水化合物摄入供热与膳食 GI 均低于对照组,且脂肪摄入供热高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病营养治疗中予以低血糖指数膳食可有效控制血糖。

The Application Value of Low Glycemic Index Dietary in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract:Objective: To analyze the application value of low glycemic index dietary in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016,the data of 128 patients with ges-tational diabetes admitted in gynecology clinic of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively .The control group (58 cases) were given general nutrition intervention, and the intervention of low blood sugar index (cases) was established as the study group (70 cases), and the results were recorded and analyzed .Results:The car-bohydrate intaking and dietary GI in the study group were lower than those in the control group , and the fat in-taking was higher than that in the control group .The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Con-clusion: During pregnancy, diabetes with low blood sugar index in dietary nutrition therapy can effectively control blood sugar.
