肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血相关因素分析

目的：分析肝硬化食管静脉曲张出血（EVB）发生的相关影响因素，为EVB的预测及防治提供理论依据。方法：回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年12月我院收治的肝硬化并发食管静脉曲张患者的临床资料92例，其中，出血组（n=36）和非出血组（n=56）。统计分析EVB发生的危险因素。结果：病程和食管静脉曲张程度在肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者出血组和非出血组之间存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。而性别、年龄、病因等其它一般临床资料方面两组之间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。出血组和非出血组在血小板计数（PLT）、凝血酶原时间（IT）、凝血酶原活动度（PTA）-2_间存在显著性差异（P〈O．05），在总胆红素方面两组之间无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：病程、食管静脉曲张程度、血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原活动度是预测EVB发生的重要指标。

Risk Factors of Esophageal Variceal Bleeding in Patients with Hepatic Cirrhosis

Objective： To investigate the risk factors of esophageal variceal bleeding（ EVB} in patients with hepatic cirrhosis and provide a theoretical basis for the prediction and prevention for them. Method： A total of 92 cases were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2011. All the patients were divided into two groups ： EVB group （ n = 36 ） and none- EVB （ n = 56 ） group. The risk factors of EVB was statistically analyzed. Result： There was significant difference in the duration of disease and degree of esophageal varices between EVB and none- EVB group （ P〈0.05 ）. No statistically different was found in gender, age, and cause of disease between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference in PLT, PT and PTA between EVB and none- EVB group （ P〈0.05 ）. The level of bilirubin between the two groups has not significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The disease duration, esophageal varices degree, PLT, PT and PTA can be used as important indicators to predict EVB.
