血清cTnI对小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床诊断价值

目的:探讨心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnI)对小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床诊断价值。方法:采用电发光免疫分析和全自动生化分析仪检测60例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿和30例健康儿童(对照组)的血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、cTnI。结果:CK-MB轻度升高组(Ⅱ组)中,cTnI在正常范围;而CK-MB显著升高组(Ⅲ组)中,cTnI升高。结论:血清cTnI对病毒性心肌炎诊断有较高的特异性、敏感性。值得临床推广。

The Diagnosis Value of Cardiac Troponin I in Acute viral Myocarditis

Objective: To explore the clinical evaluation of serum cardiac troponin I(cTnI) in the diagnosis of cardiac injury in viral myocarditis.Method: Concentrations of serum cTnI and CK-MB were measured in the acute group(n=60) and control group(n=30) with chemiluminescent immunoassay. Result:The concentrations of cTnI and CK-MB obviously elevated in the acute group,but the concentrations of cTnI in normal range in the group with the CK-MB elevated slightly.Conclusion:The method of cTnI,with its specificity and sensitivity,may be helpful in the diagnosis of cardiac injury in viral myocarditis.
