| 摘 要： | 目的:提高鼻泪管内义管植入术的成功率及患者的满意度。方法:分析总结46例(52只眼)行鼻泪管内义管植入术治疗泪道阻塞及慢性泪囊炎患者的护理经验,结果:术后随访3~6月,治愈率为95%。结论:术前心理护理、术后健康指导、恰当的泪道冲洗、义管的保护是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the satisfaction and successe rate of artifical tube implanted into nasolacrimal duct.Method: We sum up the experiences of 52 eyes in 46 cases with lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis treated by artifical tube implanted into nasolacrimal duct.Result: The cure rate was 95% after followed up for 3~6 months.Conclusion: It's assured the success with mental care before operation health guidance and lacrinal duct irrigation after operation. |
