| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿胸外伤的诊断、治疗。方法：回顾性总结分析我院1996年2月至2008年12月收治的17例小儿胸外伤的病因、诊断及治疗。结果：全组17例患儿手术治疗10例,呼吸机治疗2例,无死亡病例,治疗效果良好。结论：小儿胸外伤诊断有一定困难,合并症高,治疗应及时、准确,避免出现严重并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric chest trauma.Method：We reviewed and analyzed the cause,diagnosis and treatment of 17 cases pediatric chest trauma in our hospital from February in 1996 to December in 2008.Result：All patients underwent different curative methods and better efficacy,including operation in 10 cases,ventilator-assisted breathing in 2 cases,and all survived.Conclusion：Pediatric chest trauma shows some difficulties in diagnosis and there＇s more complications.It is important to treat the patients in earlier period and accurately. |
