孕妇选择分娩方式的影响因素分析

目的：探讨选择分娩方式的主要影响因素。方法：选取2007年至2011年5年间我院住院分娩的产妇,通过问卷调查分析孕妇选择分娩方式的主要影响因素。结果：2007年至2011年我院顺产率呈逐年下降的趋势,影响因素中手术指征所占比例在各年影响因素构成比中为最高,其次为社会因素。根据2011年的剖宫产选择原因分析,构成比最高的是妊娠合并症,其次为脐带绕颈、胎儿安全、妊娠并发症、胎膜早破、羊水过少等。胎儿因素、母亲因素、社会因素为影响顺产率的正相关因素。结论：孕妇选择分娩方式的主要影响因素为手术指征和社会因素,而社会因素为可控因素,近年来社会因素与母婴因素都与剖宫产选择正相关,对可控因素进行调整对现代优生学具有积极意义。

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Delivery Mode for Pregnant Women

Objective： To explore the main factors that influence the selection of mode of delivery.Method： Institutional delivery women in our hospital from 2007 to 2011 May were selected,through the questionnaire,the influencing factors for rate of natural childbirth were analyzed. Result： From 2007 to 2011in our hospital the birth rate of vaginal delivery declined year by year. Among the influencing factors,the proportion of operation indications was the highest of each year,followed by social factors. According to the the reasons of cesarean section selecting in 2011,it was analyzed that the highest constituent ratio was the complication of pregnancy,secondly the reasons were fetus umbilical cord around the neck,fetus safety,complications of pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes,oligohydramnios. Fetal factors,maternal factors,social factors were positive correlation factors of affecting the rate of vaginal delivery.Conclusion： Operation indication and main influence factors of social factors is the choice of delivery mode of pregnant women,and social factors are the controllable factors,In recent years,social factors and maternal factors have positive correlation with cesarean section,adjusting controllable factors has the positive significance to modern eugenics.
