血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值检测在子宫内膜异位症子宫腺肌病和子宫肌瘤的临床意义

探讨血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值（ NLR）检测在子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病和子宫肌瘤的临床意义。方法：选取2011年3月至2013年6月在我院手术治疗且病理类型确诊为子宫内膜异位症患者65例（A组），子宫腺肌病患者72例（B组），子宫肌瘤患者75例（C组），健康女性70例（ D组）为研究对象，共212例，均进行术前或体检时血中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、CAl25和CAl99的测定，评价血清指标在诊断3种疾病方面的敏感性和特异性。结果：A、B、C三组血NLR值均明显大于D组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。 CA125诊断A组（66．154）、B组（80．556）疾病的敏感性明显大于C组（18．667），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；CA199在诊断三种疾病的敏感性上，A组（33．846）＞B组（18．056）＞C组（5．333），差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：NLR是一种新的炎症评价指标，对子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病和子宫肌瘤的诊断具有一定意义。

Clinical Significance of Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte Ratio in Endometriosis Adenomyosis and Hysteromyoma

To explore the clinical significance of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio（NLR） in endometriosis , adenomyosis and hysteromyoma .Method：212 cases were enrolled in this study from 2011 to 2013, and were divided into four groups , 65 cases with endometriosis （group A）, 72 cases with adenomyosis （group B）, 75 cases with hysteromyoma（group C） and 70 cases of health women（group D）.Leucocyte number, lymphocyte number , CA125 and CA199 were detected and analysed by software SPSS .Sensitivity and speciality were assesed .Result：NLR was obviously higher in group A , group B and group C than that in group D.The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The sensitivity of diagnosis by CA 125 showed that group A（66.154） and group B（80.556） were much higher than that in group C （18.667）.The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05） .The sensitivity of diagnosis by CA 129 showed that in group A（33.846）〉group B（18.056）〉group C（5.333）.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：NLR is a new index of inflammatory reaction , which has certain value for the diagnosis of pa-tients with endometriosis , adenomyosis or hysteromyoma .
