| 摘 要： | 目的：观察地塞米松氢氧化钙糊剂在坏死性牙髓根管内封药的临床疗效。方法：选择死髓牙根管治疗156个患牙，根管治疗过程中分别采用地塞米松氢氧化钙糊剂与传统的根管消毒药物甲醛甲酚(FC)根管内封药，对治疗结果进行比较。结果：实验组的各病种疼痛指数和治疗效果均优于对照组，统计学处理结果呈显著差异；并减少了复诊次数。结论：地塞米松氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药可减少根管治疗期间痛的发生，提高疗效并缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinic effect of paste of dexamethasone and calcium hydroxide which as an intracanal medication on the treatment of dead pulp. Methods: 156 teeth of dead pulp were chosen and treated randomly by using either paste of dexamethason and calcium hydroxide or formocresol(FC) as intracanal medication. Differences of treatment effect were analyzed. Results: The pain index and therapeutic effect in test group were better than thosein control group and obvious difference was observed. Also, the number of re-treatment in former group was less than in later. Conclusion: The paste of dexamethason and calcium hydroxide can decrease the chance of endodontic interappointment pain(EIP), improve the treating effect and short the period of treatment. |
