脉冲Nd:YAG激光蚀刻后窝沟封闭剂的渗透性、密合性研究

摘    要:目的:通过研究脉冲Nd:YAG激光蚀刻He面窝沟后窝沟封闭剂的渗透性和密合性,探讨激光蚀刻在窝沟封闭中的应用价值。方法:将42颗离体前磨牙随机分为6组,激光能量密度(renergy density,ED)50J/cm^2组;激光CD 100J/cm^2组;激光ED 200J/cm^2组;激光ED 500J/cm^2组;激光ED1000J/cm^2组;酸蚀组。每组7颗牙齿。各激光组分别根据各自的ED进行照射,酸蚀组用35%的磷酸蚀刻,然后进行窝沟封闭,6组间两两比较其渗透性和密合性。结果:1000J/cm^2组的宏观渗透性最好,与500J/cm^2组比较无差别(P>0.05),与其它四组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),优于其它四组。酸蚀组密合性最好,与500J/cm^2组、1000J/cm^2组无差别(P>0.05),与其它三组比较 有显著性差异,明显优于其它三组(P<0.01)。结论:激光蚀刻与酸蚀刻联合应用将能充分提高窝沟封闭剂的渗透性和密合性。

Abstract:Objective: Using an in vitro study of the penetration and adaptation of pit and fissure sealant after pulse Nd:YAG laser etching the pits and fissures in occlusal surface of human premolars , to explore the utilization of laser etching in pit and fissure sealing. Methods: Forty-two normal premolars extracted for orthodontic reasons were used and random separated in six groups. Group 1 ~5 were etched with pulse Nd:YAG laser, energy density were set as 50J/cm 2?100 J/cm 2?200 J/cm 2?500 J/cm 2 and 1000 J/cm 2 separately (n=7 per group). Group 6 was etched with 35% phosphoric acid conventionally (n=7). Then sealed the pits and fissures. Compared the penetration and adaptation of pit and fissure sealant each other in the 6 groups. Results: Macro-penetration of sealant in 1000J/cm 2 group is the best, indiscriminating to 500J/cm 2 group(P>0.05), superior to the other four groups(P<0.05). Adaptation of sealant in acid etching group is the best, indiscriminating to 500J/cm 2 group and 1000J/cm 2 group(P>0.05), superior to the other three groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: Laser etching combined with acid etching properly can improve the penetration and adaptation of pit and fissure sealant sufficiently.
