| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人心律失常的发病特点。方法：以老年组208例为实验组，非老年组42例为对照组，比较两组间各心律失常基础疾病发生率，再入院率，出院时的治愈率，ECG的左心导联缺气异常。结果：上述各项两组间的差异存在显著意义（P＜0．05）甚至非常显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论：老年人心律失常的主要病因是器质性心脏病，也存在诱因。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate clinical characteristics of the elderly patients with cardiac arrhythmia.Methods: Taking the 208 elderly cases as experimenting group and the 42 no-elderly cases as a control subject and making a comparison between above two group patients with cardiac arrhythmia of the occurrence rate in foundation diseases, re-admission rate, cure percentage when discharging, ST-T seqment depression in left precordial leads of electrocardiogram, aorta-bow eggshell form shadow in X-ray. Ventricular hypertrophy, hypertrigly cerdemia,heart failure,Acid-Base and electrolyte disorder and Blood-gas disturbance. Results:The difference between two groups are of considerable significance(P<0.05)and even of great value(P<0.01). Conclusion:The main pathogenic factor of the elderly patients with cardiac arrhythmia is organic cariopathy disease,also exists inducement. |
