临床护理路径在肾病综合症患者健康教育中的应用

目的：探讨临床护理路径在肾病综合症患者健康教育的应用效果。方法：将100例患者随机分为两组,实验组50例采用临床护理路径实施健康教育,对照组50例采用传统的方法实施健康教育。结果：实验组患者对肾病综合症相关知识掌握程度、患者满意度大幅度的提高,并发症减少。结论：应用临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育,可提高健康教育质量和护士健康教育的工作能力,改善护患关系,是一种切实可行的服务管理模式。

The Application of Clinical Care Pathway in Patients with Nephrotic Syndrome for Health Education

Objective： To investigate application of the clinical care pathway in patients with nephrotic syndrome for health education.Method： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group of 50 cases with clinical care path implementation of health education,50 patients in control group were treated with the traditional method of implementation of health education.Result： Patients with nephrotic syndrome on the related knowledge,patient satisfaction was significantly improved,complications decreased.Conclusion： The clinical care path for health care and education can improve the quality of health education and health education.The nurses working capacity enhancement can improve the nurse-patient relationship.
